Angela has a Dalmatian puppy named Mila who she got when she was only 7 weeks old. Angela enjoys spending time outdoors, especially if she is with Mila, riding horses or hiking Kennesaw Mountain. Although this is her first job with animals, she has always had a passion for them and enjoys seeing all the happy dog and cat faces coming through the door.
Brienna was born and raised in Ball Ground and is a new member to The Pet Hotel staff. Brienna is currently a sophomore at Kennesaw State University and is pursuing a degree in marketing. She grew up on a farm working with a large variety of animals, but her true passion is working with dogs and horses. Brienna spends most of her time riding her ponies, hanging out with her family, and spending time with her two fur-babies. Brienna has a crazy schnoodle puppy named Riley and a lazy cat named Princess. She loves getting to know all of TPH clients and is enjoying time with her staff members!
Sasha is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin but has lived in Canton for 7 years now. She currently has one dog, Jager, who is a pug, beagle, and Chihuahua mix that she rescued almost 3 years ago. Sasha has always had a passion for animals and even though she has only been in the animal care business for two years, she hopes to further her career within the field. Her long term goal is to one day open a shelter for pitbulls with her friends. Besides animals, Sasha’s other passion is autistic children. Both of her step brothers are autistic, so she makes an effort every year to gather a team and donations for the Autism Walk in Atlanta. Outside of work, Sasha is a full time student at Kennesaw State and she is just a few classes away from her Criminal Justice degree.
Julie, Operations Manager
Julie was born and raised in Canton and got started in the animal care field in a veterinary clinic there, where she worked for seven years. When she first came to the Pet Hotel, Julie started in the kennel and moved to reception before becoming the General Manager in 2013. Julie’s family has always owned animals, ranging from farm animals like pigs and chickens to domesticated pets like cats and dogs, and she was always the one to beg her father to keep stray animals. As of now, her personal pets include an Eclectic Parrot named Ember, a Guinea Pig named Maverick and her dogs: three Pit Bulls named Joker, Jester and Jigster, who are more like her children than pets. When she isn’t keeping herself busy at work, Julie loves to spend time with her six year old, Shawn, doing things like visiting museums, hiking and working on project cars.
